Regional Recruitment Manager (Digital Shipping) APAC


Salary: S$5,000 to S$7,000pm (OTE S$110,000 to S$170,000) + Commission + Equity plan

Cordell Beaumont is a specialist shipping and satellite communications software sales recruitment agency, built by a team of ex-shipbrokers and talent acquisitions specialists.

Founded in 2019, we have rapidly established a strong presence in our core maritime and satellite communications software markets and work with some of the world’s most exciting companies to source mid-senior sales and product management professionals across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US.


The opportunity

Working closely with our company’s founder, you will play a key role in the set up and growth of the business in Singapore. Performing a full 360 recruitment role, you will be generating candidate connections, introducing and selling our services to new and existing clients, and sourcing candidates for a range of vacancies within the shipping software and data subscription sales space.

Key business verticals you will be targeting include:

  • Maritime Software
  • Satellite Communications
  • Data Subscription Sales


You will become a brand ambassador for Cordell Beaumont, attending a number of live webinars, conferences and industry events.

Additionally, you will provide administrative assistance to the team when required by writing job descriptions, posting adverts on job boards, formatting CVs and helping provide social media content.

What we are looking for

A fun, sales motivated individual with a natural ability to build rapport with a whole range of people. Willingness to learn about our industry sectors, and the drive to establish new candidate and client contacts.

This position would suit an individual with entrepreneurial flair, someone who loves the thought of being in a company’s core start up team, which will then flourish and develop their skills within recruitment.

In addition to a passion for sales, you will also have strong communication skills and have good business acumen.


About You

- Singapore National or Singapore Permanent Resident (essential)

- Minimum 3 year’s recruitment or software/data sales experience

- Proven track record winning recruitment assignments, filling vacancies

- Also willing to consider experienced SaaS sales professionals or shipbrokers

- A social individual with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage own workload as well as being a team player

- Confident telephone manner and excellent verbal communication skills

- Strong Chinese/Mandarin and English language skills

- Ability to write professional emails

- Good attention to detail
