Giving Back
We proudly donate a portion of our recruitment fees to charities supporting causes close to our hearts: ocean conservation and mariner mental health.
Each month, our team and their families come together to remove litter from Florida’s beautiful coastlines, preserving their natural beauty and protecting marine life. These cleanups not only reduce pollution but also raise awareness about the importance of maintaining clean and healthy beaches.
Charities We Support
In addition to our Monthly Beach Cleanups, Cordell Beaumont has launched our Giving Back donation initiative. For every successful hire we facilitate, we pledge to donate a portion of our recruiting fee to one of two impactful charities we are passionate about.
4ocean: Dedicated to removing plastic waste from oceans and coastlines worldwide, 4ocean funds cleanup operations through product sales and donations, tackling ocean plastic pollution and raising awareness to protect our oceans.
The Mission to Seafarers: A global non-profit organization committed to supporting the welfare of seafarers, providing practical, emotional, and spiritual care to seafarers and their families across 200 ports in 50 countries.
