We proudly donate a portion of our recruitment fees to charities supporting causes close to our hearts: ocean conservation and mariner mental health.

Each month, our team and their families come together to remove litter from Florida’s beautiful coastlines, preserving their natural beauty and protecting marine life. These cleanups not only reduce pollution but also raise awareness about the importance of maintaining clean and healthy beaches.

In addition to our Monthly Beach Cleanups, Cordell Beaumont has launched our Giving Back donation initiative. For every successful hire we facilitate, we pledge to donate a portion of our recruiting fee to a highly impactful charity we support, 4Ocean.

4ocean: Dedicated to removing plastic waste from oceans and coastlines worldwide, 4ocean funds cleanup operations through product sales and donations, tackling ocean plastic pollution and raising awareness to protect our oceans.

By supporting these organizations, we aim to contribute to the preservation of our oceans and the well-being of those who work at sea. This initiative reflects our commitment to corporate responsibility and our dedication to making a positive impact beyond recruitment.
